Open Positions & Key Responsibilities

Production (Upstream/Downstream)

• Manage bioprocess operations such as fermentation, purification, and downstream processing.

• Ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory requirements.

• Drive process optimization to improve yield and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.

Quality Control (Analytical/QMS)

• Conduct analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

• Establish and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Perform method validation and stability studies.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards.

Quality Assurance (IPQA)

• Carry out in-process quality checks during manufacturing.

• Review and approve batch records, SOPs, and validation documents.

• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines.

• Lead internal audits and support external inspections.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields.

• Experience: 5–15 years in Production, QC, or QA in the pharmaceutical/biopharma sector.

• Skills:

  • Production: Proficiency in upstream/downstream bioprocessing.

  • QC: Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and QMS.

  • QA: Expertise in cGMP, IPQA, and regulatory compliance.

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
