Key Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Affairs Executive, you will:

• Prepare and submit product dossiers, licenses, and renewals to FSSAI/AYUSH/CDSCO.

• Ensure compliance of labeling, packaging, and claims with applicable regulatory guidelines.

• Coordinate with R&D, QA, QC, and Marketing teams during product launches.

• Track, analyze, and implement updates in nutraceutical regulations.

• Handle product categorization and provide regulatory guidance and strategies.

• Support audits, inspections, and ensure proper compliance documentation.

• Maintain structured regulatory databases and reports.

• File Annual Returns and Half-Yearly Lab Reports accurately and on time.

• Assist in import clearances, client communications, and regulatory submissions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Food Technology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related).

• Experience: 1–2 years in Regulatory Affairs within nutraceuticals, food supplements, or pharmaceuticals.

• Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of FSSAI Nutraceutical Regulations.

  • Familiarity with product claims, labeling, and categorization.

  • Exposure to global nutraceutical/food supplement regulations (preferred).

• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical ability, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Languages: English and Hindi (mandatory); Kannada (preferred).
