About the Opportunity

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following contractual posts under the National Health Mission (NHM), Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society. The appointments will be on a consolidated salary basis and will remain valid until the closure of the project.

Available Positions

1. Pharmacist

• No. of Posts: 5

• Consolidated Salary: ₹17,000/- per month

• Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

• Mandatory: Registered with Pharmacy Council

• Age Limit: 38 years (Open Category), 43 years (Reserved Category)

2. Public Health Manager (PHM)

• No. of Posts: 4

• Consolidated Salary: ₹32,000/- per month

• Qualification:

  • MBBS, OR Graduate in Health Sciences (BDS / BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / BPTh / Nursing Basic / P.B.B.Sc / B.Pharm)

  • Plus MPH / MHA / MBA in Health Care Administration

• Age Limit: 38 years (Open Category), 43 years (Reserved Category)

• Application Dates: From 04/09/2025 to 15/09/2025 (excluding holidays)

• Timing: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Selection Process

• For Specialist & Managerial Posts (PHM, MO, Dentist, etc.): Selection will be based on direct interview with a marking system (Maximum 50 marks):

  • Subject Knowledge – 10 marks

  • Research & Academic Knowledge – 10 marks

  • Leadership Qualities – 10 marks

  • Administrative Abilities – 10 marks

  • Experience – 10 marks (Govt.: 2 marks/year; Private: 1 mark/year)

• For Staff Nurse, ANM, Pharmacist, Lab Technician, etc.: Selection will be based on a merit list as per NHM guidelines.

Key Terms & Conditions

• These positions are purely contractual and carry no right to permanent employment.

• Services may be terminated without prior notice if the project no longer requires the post.

• Age relaxation of up to 5 years will be applicable for candidates working under NHM.
