About Jorhat Medical College & Hospital

Jorhat Medical College & Hospital, under the National Programme on AMR Containment in collaboration with the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Delhi, invites applications from eligible Indian citizens for the post of Pharmacist on a purely temporary and contractual basis.

Position Details

  • Post: Pharmacist

  • Number of Post: 01

  • Type of Engagement: Temporary and contractual

  • Monthly Consolidated Salary: ₹25,000/-

Eligibility Criteria

  • Essential Qualification:

    • 12th pass in Science subjects, and

    • Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution/Board.

  • Desirable Experience:

    • Experience in dispensing and/or storage and dispensing of drugs in a reputed hospital, institution, or pharmaceutical concern.

  • Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as on the date of application.

  1. Application Form:

    • Candidates must apply in the Standard Application Form neatly and legibly filled.

    • Incomplete forms will be summarily rejected.

  2. Documents to Submit (Self-Attested):

    • Two recent passport-size colour photographs.

    • Proof of age (HSLC admit card/Birth Certificate/PAN card).

    • All mark sheets and pass certificates.

    • Permanent Residential Certificate.

    • Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.

    • Certificates of training, experience, and extracurricular activities (if any).

    • Updated CV/Bio-data.

    • Submit in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning “Application for the Post of Pharmacist” on the top.
