Position Overview:

CURAJ is inviting eligible candidates for a walk-in interview for the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy. The appointments will be purely on a contractual basis for the 2024-25 academic session or until further notice.

Post Details:

• Position: Assistant Professor
• Department: Pharmacy
• Number of Posts: 02 (UR-01, OBC-01)
• Contract Duration: Till the end of the Academic Session 2024-25 or further orders, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility Criteria:

For UR Category:

1. Basic Qualification:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm.)
   • Registration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
2. Advanced Qualification:
   • Master’s degree (M. Pharm.) in Pharmacology with 60% marks or equivalent grade.
   • Desirable: Ph.D. in Pharmacy.
3. Preference:
   • Candidates with teaching experience will be given preference.

For OBC Category:

1. Basic Qualification:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm.)
   • Registration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
2. Advanced Qualification:
   • Master’s degree (M. Pharm.) in Pharmacology with 55% marks or equivalent grade.
   • Desirable: Ph.D. in Pharmacy.
3. Preference:
   • Candidates with teaching experience will be preferred.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Salary: Rs. 50,000/- per month (Consolidated).
2. The appointment is on a purely contractual basis, with no claim to regular employment.
3. Candidates will not be eligible for any other benefits provided to regular university employees.
4. The University reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time based on performance, misconduct, or administrative reasons.
5. Relaxation in qualifications will be as per GOI/University rules for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
6. Any disputes related to the selection process will be resolved by the University, and its decision will be final.
