Job Description:

  • Cell Culture Maintenance: Propagate and sustain cell cultures necessary for various assays.
  • Analytical Methods: Conduct in vitro bioassays and bioanalysis including Biochemical assays, ligand binding, signal transduction assays, and immunogenicity assay.
  • Method Development: Participate in method development, validations, and sample analysis for Bioassays adhering to guidelines.
  • Work Planning and Supervision: Responsible for work planning, supervision, and implementing new protocols in the laboratory.
  • Sample Analysis: Perform day-to-day sample analysis and support product’s method validation, including stability evaluations.
  • GLP Compliance: Execute GLP lab maintenance activities, such as equipment monitoring, calibrations, SOP preparations, and ensuring lab readiness for regulatory audits.
  • Documentation: Follow proper documentation procedures as per GLP norms, including SOPs, STPs, study reports, and preparation of method validation protocols and reports.
  • Literature Review: Conduct literature search, review relevant literature, and maintain and develop scientific knowledge and skills as required.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate abnormal results, raise, discuss, and resolve issues with group leader.
  • Safety Compliance: Understand and adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams when required.
  • QMS Involvement: Understand and engage in Quality Management System (Change Control, Incident, Deviation & CAPA) related activities.
  • Assigned Activities: Perform any activities assigned by the HOD or his designee.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Post Graduate M.Sc / M.Pharm in Life Sciences/Biological Sciences/Biotechnology/Biochemistry.
  • Experience: 4 to 7 Years
