Hiring for Vaccine Business – Shamirpet, Hyderabad

We invite experienced, dynamic, and self-motivated professionals with 2 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing to explore exciting opportunities in our Vaccine Division.

1. Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens)

• Designation: Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer

• Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences) / B.Pharm / Diploma / B.Sc. / ITI

• Experience: Experience in vaccine, biosimilars, or injectable manufacturing preferred

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of upstream and downstream antigen production

  • Ensure timely completion of batches in compliance with cGMP

  • Documentation and coordination with QA/QC teams

2. Production – Formulations (Injectables)

• Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer

• Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences) / B.Pharm / Diploma / B.Sc. / ITI

• Areas of Expertise:

  • Blending: Autoclave and vessel handling, CIP/SIP operations

  • Filling: Tunnel sterilizer, vacuum cleaner, filling & capping

  • Packing & Labelling: Vial labelling, batch coding (Videojet/Control Print), Track & Trace systems

3. Quality Control (Biologics / Vaccines)

• Designation: Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive / Executive

• Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences) / B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotechnology)

• Key Areas:

  • Biochemical Assays: Protein, nucleic acid, aluminum content, ALCOA, 00S/00T investigations

  • Instrumentation: HPLC, IC, molecular size, purity, audit trails, 21 CFR Part 11

  • Virology: Viral testing of raw materials, in-process, and stability samples

4. Quality Assurance – In-Process & QMS

• Designation: Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive / Executive

• Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc.

• Specializations:

  • Drug Substance: IPQA for antigen production, line clearance, QMS handling

  • Drug Product: Fill-finish operations, media fill review, batch review, deviation handling

  • QMS: Change control, CAPA, compliance walkthroughs, Site Master File, risk assessments
