• Trainee Officer/Officer – In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA-QA)

• Research Scientist – Analytical Research & Development (ARD)

• Warehouse Officer – RM/PM/FG Formulation

1. Trainee Officer/Officer – IPQA (Quality Assurance)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and conduct In-Process Quality Assurance for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) operations, including dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packaging.

• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and internal SOPs.

• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate documentation.

• Collaborate with production and QC teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.

• Experience: 0–3 years in QA within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Skills: Strong understanding of GMP, good communication skills, and exposure to OSD processes.

2. Research Scientist – Analytical Research & Development (ARD)

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of finished products, APIs, and stability samples.

• Prepare and review SOPs, study reports, lab notebooks, and regulatory documents.

• Coordinate with F&D and QC teams for project execution.

• Draft analytical documentation, including specifications and test procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: M.Pharm, M.Sc., or Ph.D.

• Experience: 2–8 years in Analytical R&D within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Skills: Expertise in method development, validation, and documentation; effective communication and coordination abilities.

• Supervise material receipt, storage, handling, and issuance.

• Coordinate with Quality, QC, and Production departments for seamless supply.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any relevant field.

• Experience: 2–5 years in warehouse management within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Skills: Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and warehouse practices; strong organizational and communication skills.
