We are hiring for the following positions:

• Bioanalytical Quality Assurance (QA)

• Bioanalytical Analysts

• BA Report Writer

Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Bioanalytical Quality Assurance (QA)

• Conduct quality audits to ensure GLP and regulatory compliance.

• Review bioanalytical data, SOPs, and processes for accuracy.

• Collaborate with teams to uphold research quality standards.

• Prepare and present QA reports to stakeholders.

2. Bioanalytical Analysts

• Process biological samples using advanced techniques (LC-MS/MS, HPLC).

• Perform method validation and maintain data integrity.

• Accurately document procedures and experimental outcomes.

• Support troubleshooting of instruments and analytical methods.

3. BA Report Writer

• Draft, review, and finalize reports for clinical and preclinical studies.

• Ensure reports align with regulatory and client requirements.

• Work with QA and analytical teams to verify data consistency.

• Manage timely submission and revisions of reports.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc., B.Sc. or equivalent in Life Sciences.

• Experience:

  • Bioanalytical QA: 4–5 years

  • Analysts: 2–4 years

  • Report Writer: 4–5 years

• Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of GLP, GCP, and regulatory guidelines

  • Proficiency in LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and data analysis

  • Strong communication and scientific writing abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
