Post: Project Manager for the Department of Nephrology (Job Code – 1535)

Qualification: Pharm.D / MD (Community Medicine / General Medicine preferable) / DNB (Community Medicine / General Medicine Preferable) / DM (any medical specialty) (regular) from a recognized university.

Salary: External (India Alliance) Consolidated. Accommodation not Provided.

Mode of Appointment: Project.

Job Description: We are looking for a candidate passionate about managing a large multicenter investigator-initiated trial funded by India Alliance. The role entails a variety of responsibilities including trial registration, participant screening, recruitment, obtaining informed consents, maintaining longitudinal follow-ups using REDCap forms, ensuring Good Clinical Practice (GCP) compliance, conducting periodic review meetings (online and in-person) with site Principal Investigators (PIs) and trial coordinators, troubleshooting issues, reviewing data, generating reports periodically, drafting manuscripts/publication materials, engaging with stakeholders for recruitment campaigns, and managing funding body requirements. The candidate will be required to liaise with the PI, site PIs, clinicians, trial coordinators, and programmers on a daily basis. Periodic travel to different sites will be part of the job. Previous experience with clinical trials and proficiency in statistical software (SPSS/STATA/R) will be preferred.
