The District Selection Committee, led by the District Collector & Magistrate Suryapet, is seeking qualified candidates to fill vacant Pharmacist positions. Interested individuals meeting the eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply.

Position Details:

  • Post: Pharmacist
  • Number of Posts: 4

Qualifications:

  • A. Diploma in Pharmacy
  • B. B.Pharmacy registered with Pharmacy Council for T.S.

Application Fee:

An application fee of Rs.250/- must be paid via Demand Draft in favor of the district medical and health officer, Suryapet.

How to Apply:

  1. Application forms, along with detailed instructions, can be downloaded from the official website of the respective District.
  2. Filled application forms should be submitted either in person or through registered post to the respective District Medical & Health Officers of the applicable District.
  3. Applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected. The District Selection Committee will not be held responsible for postal delays.

Required Documents (Self-attested):

  1. S.S.C /Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Authority for proof of age.
  2. Intermediate or 10 + 2 examination certificate.
  3. Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate.
  4. Marks Memos of all qualifying examination years.
  5. Registration Certificates of respective Councils.
  6. Latest Community Certificate/EWC Certificate/Ex-Servicemen/NCC/Physically Handicapped, as applicable.
  7. Study certificate for the years from 4th class to 10th class. In case of private study, a residence certificate from the Tahsildhar/MRO concerned must be submitted.
  8. PH certificate for candidates claiming reservation under PH Quota.
  9. Relevant certificates for candidates claiming Ex-service Men Quota.
  10. Registration Certificate from the concerned Medical Council/Nursing Council/Para Medical Board/Other relevant authority.
  11. 1 Photograph duly pasted on the application form.
