We are seeking passionate professionals to join our Packaging Development team and contribute to our journey of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with global manufacturing sites to align packaging operations.
• Manage artwork development, tracking, and updates for injectable and oral solid dosage (OSD) products through the Artwork Management System.
• Collaborate with overseas customers and cross-functional teams for smooth packaging processes.
• Develop packaging material specifications, including design, STP, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure timely implementation of regulatory and statutory packaging changes.
• Support R&D teams with trials and development batches for OSD and injectable products.
• Handle machine layout evaluation for blister machines and coordinate with suppliers for change part development.
• Manage packaging-related processes, including change control, CAPA, deviations, and documentation using TrackWise software.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and automation in packaging.
• Review and implement SOPs as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Preferred Education: Postgraduate in Packaging Technology.
• Alternate Qualifications: B.Sc., B.Pharm, or B.E. with a full-time PG Diploma in Packaging Technology from IIP or SEIS.
• Experience: 5 to 18 years in packaging development for pharmaceutical products.
• Knowledge:
  • Primary packaging materials and container closure systems for regulated and semi-regulated markets.
  • Artwork management for pharmaceutical products (OSD and injectables).
  • Familiarity with change control processes and TrackWise software.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a preference for candidates from Gujarat.
