We Are Hiring: Quality Assurance Professionals

Biological E. Limited is looking for dynamic and experienced professionals with 2 to 12 years of experience for various Quality Assurance positions at our Vaccine Business in Shamirpet, Hyderabad.

Qualification Requirements:

Candidates must hold a degree in one of the following fields:
✔ B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy
✔ MSc (Life Sciences)
✔ M.Tech (Life Sciences)

Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance – Drug Substance (IPQA In-Process)

• Experience in cell/virus culture processing and bacterial culture clearance
• Preparation and review of SOPs, BPRs, MFRs, and protocols
• Handling deviations, change control, and implementing CAPA management
• Experience with OOS/OOT investigations and analytical document reviews
• Maintenance of cell/viral bank systems and validation of cleaning processes

2. Quality Assurance – Validation

• Execution of qualification and requalification of HVAC, equipment, utilities, and packaging systems
• Creation and review of URS, DQ, FAT, SAT, SOPs, and computerized systems qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Conducting system-level impact assessments and compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11

3. Quality Assurance – QMS

• Overseeing internal audits, walkthroughs, and risk assessments
• Trending and analyzing change control, deviations, and quality matrix
• Preparing and reviewing vendor audit trackers and CAPA implementation
