Walk-In Interviews for Biotech R&D Positions
Upstream Process Group
We are seeking candidates with an M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology, or an M.Tech. in Biotechnology, with 2 to 10 years of experience in upstream operations. Ideal candidates will have expertise in handling mammalian cell culture processes and microbial fermentation, along with equipment such as Bioreactors and CEDEX Bioanalyzer. Responsibilities include managing mammalian cell lines, preparing cell banks, media scouting, and optimizing processes at various scales to improve yields and product quality. Good documentation skills (SOP, STP) are essential.
In-Process Analysis and Stability Group
Candidates should possess a Ph.D., M.Sc., M.Tech, or M.Pharm in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field, with 2 to 10 years of experience. Applicants should be proficient in HPLC, gel electrophoresis, spectrophotometry, and other structural and biochemical techniques. Responsibilities include developing and qualifying analytical methods, conducting in-process analysis, performing stability studies, analyzing excipients, and preparing reports and protocols.
Formulations Group
We are looking for candidates with a Ph.D., M.Sc., M.Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry, or an M.Pharm in Biotechnology or Pharmaceutics, with 2 to 10 years of experience. The role involves planning and executing formulation development, conducting stability and degradation studies, and managing technology transfer for biosimilar and novel biological products. Candidates should have hands-on experience in liquid and lyophilized formulation development, container-closure system selection, and drug product manufacturing technology transfer.
