Position Details

• Job Title: Research Scientist – F&D (Injectable Formulations)

• Job Location: PTC Moraiya

• Experience: 8–12 years

• Domain: Formulation Development – Injectable Products (US Market)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop injectable formulations for regulatory markets, including the USA and Europe.

• Work on various dosage forms such as drug-device combinations, peptides/oligonucleotides, suspensions, liposomes/micelles, lyophilized products, and 505(b)(2) products.

• Source and procure APIs, excipients, packaging materials, and other resources required for development.

• Plan and execute formulation development trials, ensuring proper documentation and data compilation.

• Conduct stability studies following project requirements and regulatory guidelines.

• Perform specialized studies like thermal cycling, photostability, dilution, and reconstitution.

• Prepare essential documents for scale-up and exhibit batches, including Technology Transfer Documents (TTD), Master Formula Cards (MFC), stability protocols, and supporting study reports.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scale-up execution and exhibit batch manufacturing.

• Compile submission documents, including Product Development Reports (PDR), Extractable and Leachable (E&L) Reports, and other necessary regulatory submissions.
