Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Formulation R&D Project Manager to join our team in Pashamylaram- Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading multiple projects in the formulation and development of new products, from product initiation to approvals, for the US and EU markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage formulation products from product initiation to approvals
• Project management of deficiencies for US and EU market
• Improve delivery efficiency through effective management of projects
• Work with relevant stakeholders and ensure all activities of the project are on schedule
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with the project and communicate them to the Project Manager and Formulation Head in a timely manner
• Facilitate discussions around defining business requirements
• Continuously analyze the delivery status of the portfolio and take proactive corrective measures
• Identify bottlenecks in the system and address them in a timely manner to facilitate on-time delivery of projects
• Support the organization in filing of projects for the US, EU, and ROW markets
• Coordinate with the plant teams for the execution of products as per committed timelines

Qualifications:

• M. Pharm / MBA
• PMP or Prince 2 certification is preferable
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role
