• Pay Scale: ₹25,300 – ₹80,500 (Level-6 as per 7th Pay Commission)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications (All Must Be Fulfilled):

1. Passed 12th/Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.

2. Hold a Diploma, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university or institution.

3. Must have active registration with the Madhya Pradesh Pharmacy Council.

📋 Age Criteria (As on 01 January 2025)

• General Applicants: 18 to 40 years

• MP Domicile – SC/ST/OBC/Women/Govt Employees: 18 to 45 years

• Max Age Limit with All Relaxations: 45 years

• Note: No age relaxation for EWS category.

⚠️ Key Requirements

• Employment Exchange: Live registration in MP State Employment Office is mandatory.

• Citizenship:

  • Must be a citizen of India.

  • Citizens of Nepal may apply with eligibility certificate as per MP Civil Services Rules, 1961.

• Non-MP Residents: Eligible only for unreserved posts and no relaxation in age/reservation.

📖 Exam Syllabus Overview

The written exam will test core pharmacy knowledge, including:

• Pharmaceutics: Dosage forms, drug delivery systems, sterilization techniques

• Pharmaceutical Chemistry: Buffers, inorganic compounds, antioxidants, quality control

• Pharmacognosy: Herbal drugs, alkaloids, volatile oils

• Pharmacology & Toxicology: Drug classification, CNS/ANS drugs, metabolism

• Human Anatomy & Physiology

• Biochemistry & Clinical Pathology

• Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence

• Dispensing Pharmacy: Prescription reading, sterile dosage, ophthalmic products

• Health Education & Community Pharmacy: Communicable diseases, first aid, immunization

📎 Additional Instructions

• Aadhaar verification is mandatory (E-Aadhaar must be UIDAI verified).

• Original Photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving License/Voter ID) is required at the exam center.

• Multilevel biometric authentication will be conducted.

• Late arrivals at the center will not be allowed to enter.

• Electronic devices (mobile, calculator, smartwatch, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

• Candidates must bring a blue/black ball pen and printed admit card.

💡 Salary During Probation

As per MP Govt. Circular dated 12 December 2019:

• Year 1: 70% of pay

• Year 2: 80%

• Year 3: 90%

• Post-Probation: Full pay scale benefits apply
