With seven manufacturing units and a strong presence across India, HLL operates in contraceptive manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure development, diagnostics, and healthcare services.

We are currently hiring for the following positions at our Kanagala Factory, located in Belagavi District, Karnataka, on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis.

🔹 Senior Production Assistant (Pharma)

• No. of Posts: 01

• Location: Kanagala Factory, Belagavi, Karnataka

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in production within the pharmaceutical or a related industry

• Pay Scale: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000

• Approximate Gross Monthly Salary: ₹19,100/-

🔹 Lab Analyst – Chemistry / Microbiology / Pharma

• No. of Posts: 01

• Location: Kanagala Factory, Belagavi, Karnataka

• Educational Qualification:

  • B.Sc. in Chemistry / Microbiology

  • OR B.Pharm

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in laboratory roles within production or process industry

• Pay Scale: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000

• Approximate Gross Monthly Salary: ₹19,100/-

Contract Duration

• Appointments are on Fixed Term Contract for 2 years, extendable based on organizational need and performance.

Eligibility & Application Guidelines

• Only full-time regular courses from UGC/AICTE/State-recognized institutions will be considered.

• Candidates must submit documentary proof for qualifications, work experience, age, caste, disability, and income (as applicable).

• Age limit: Maximum 40 years as of 01.06.2025

  • Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC as per Government rules

• Selected candidates may be considered for higher/lower roles based on qualifications and experience.
