Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy OR Bachelor’s in Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (B.A.M.S.)
• Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Hospital Administration / Management from a recognized university

Experience:

• No prior experience required.
  (Note: Experience refers to post-qualification experience. Certificates from non-government organizations should clearly mention the nature of work performed.)

Age Limit:

• General Candidates: Maximum 38 years
• MAHAGENCO Employees: Maximum 57 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • Reserved Category & EWS: 5-year relaxation
  • Departmental Employees: Maximum 57 years
  • Age calculation will be based on the date: 07.04.2025

Reservation & Eligibility Conditions for Backward Class Candidates

1. Reservation will be as per the Maharashtra State Public Services Reservation Act, 2001.
2. SEBC reservation will be subject to the latest government regulations.
3. Reserved category candidates (VJ-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, SBC, OBC) must provide a valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the Government of Maharashtra.
4. SC/ST candidates are exempt from submitting a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.
5. Candidates applying under EWS must submit an EWS Eligibility Certificate and a Maharashtra State Domicile Certificate.
6. Candidates must submit a valid caste certificate and caste validity certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
7. Candidates who fail to produce the necessary documents at the time of verification may be disqualified.
8. If no eligible EWS candidates are available, the post may be filled by an open-category candidate.

• Reserved Category Candidates: Rs. 600 + Rs. 108 (GST)
• Important Notes:
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded.
  • Candidates who fail to submit valid caste or income certificates will be considered under the open category and must pay the applicable fees.

Selection Process

1. The selection process includes:
   • Online Test
   • Personal Interview
2. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an online test and interview.
3. The final merit list will be based on the performance in both the test and interview.
4. The number of vacancies and reservations are subject to change.
5. Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria; their admission at all recruitment stages will be provisional until final document verification.
