Government job opportunity for Pharmacist in ECHS Polyclinic Haldwani

The ECHS Central Organisation is located in Delhi and operates under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through the Adjutant General (AG) and the Directorate General of Dental Services (DGDC&W) at the Army Headquarters.

The Central Organisation is headed by a serving Major General who holds the position of Managing Director, ECHS. There are 28 Regional Centres of ECHS spread across different parts of the country. These regional centers coordinate and oversee the functioning of ECHS Polyclinics in their respective areas.

The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) is inviting applications for the position of Pharmacist on a contractual basis at ECHS Polyclinic Haldwani. Here are the details of the position:

Minimum Qualification:

1. B.Pharmacy from a recognized Institute and five years of experience, OR
2. 10+2 with a science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized board, and an approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India. The candidate must be registered as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948. Any additional diploma or course in specialty pharmacy is desirable. Computer qualification is also required.

Fixed Remuneration: Rs 28,100/-

Application Procedure: Interested candidates need to submit their applications in the prescribed format available on the official website of ECHS. The application should be accompanied by self-attested photocopies of testimonials supporting educational qualifications and work experience. The application must be submitted in duplicate to the OIC, Stn HQs (ECHS Cell), Haldwani. The last date for receipt of applications is 25 May 23. Applications received after this date will not be accepted.

Interview Date, Timing & Venue: Candidates must report to Stn HQs (ECHS Cell), Haldwani at 10:00 hrs on 29 May 23 for the interview. The interview will be conducted between 10:30 hrs to 14:00 hrs. Note: Note: Candidates are required to bring all original certificates, mark sheets, degrees, work experience documents, discharge book, PPO (Pension Payment Order), service records, and two passport-size photographs at the time of the interview. Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will not be provided for the interview.
