General Information & Instructions

1. Contractual Position: The advertised positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the scheme. Any form of canvassing will result in disqualification.
2. Eligibility: Only in-service contractual employees working under NHM in the same post in other districts of Odisha are eligible to apply. Fresh candidates need not apply.
3. Application Process:
   • Application forms and vacancy details can be downloaded from the district website: nabaranqpur.odisha.gov.in.
   • Candidates must submit a No Objection-Cum-Experience Certificate from their current employer and a Last Uninterrupted Service Continuation Certificate issued by the competent authority.
   • The completed application, duly signed by the candidate and accompanied by self-attested copies of required documents, must be sent via Speed Post/Registered Post to:CDM & PHO-cum-District Mission Director,

4. Deadline for Application Submission:
   • The application must reach the designated address on or before March 17, 2025, by 5:00 PM.
   • The envelope should be clearly superscribed with the name of the post applied for.
   • Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will be rejected.
5. Selection Process:
   • The selection will be conducted as per the guidelines issued by NHM Odisha, including the provisions of the ORV Act and Rules.
   • Reservation for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) will be followed as per Govt. of Odisha Resolution No. 7140 dated 05.09.2017.
6. Additional Notes:
   • Candidates found providing false information or suppressing material facts will be disqualified or, if already engaged, will face termination.
