Madhya Pradesh Public Health Services Corporation Limited (MPPHSCL) is a state-owned enterprise established on March 6, 2014. It serves as the central procurement agency for essential drugs and medical equipment for public healthcare institutions under the Department of Health. With a commitment to strengthening healthcare services, MPPHSCL invites applications for the following contractual positions through MP Online.

Available Positions

1. Pharmacist

• Essential Qualification: D.Pharm, B.Pharm
• Number of Vacancies: 9 (UR-04, OBC-03, ST-01, EWS-01)
• Monthly Honorarium: Rs. 42,700

2. Senior Pharmacist

• Essential Qualification & Experience:
  • B.Pharm with a minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement of drugs and medical products in public/private sector or any reputed organization OR
  • D.Pharm with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience OR
  • M.Pharm with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR
  • Postgraduate in Pharmaceutical Management with a pharmaceutical background and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be a registered pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
  • Experience in goods storage and distribution practices per GMP regulations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory audits and warehouse distribution functions as per GMP standards.
• Number of Vacancies: 2 (UR-01, OBC-01)
• Monthly Honorarium: Rs. 42,700

General Information

• Reservations are as per the 100-point roster system, following General Administration Department rules.
• Contractual employees will receive a monthly remuneration and Provident Fund (PF) benefits as per regulations.
• The candidate’s age will be determined as of 01.01.2025, with age relaxation as per government norms.

1. High School Certificate (10+2) Marksheet
2. Marksheet of the minimum educational qualification required for the post
3. Degree certificate from a recognized university (if applicable)
4. Valid caste certificate (if applicable)
5. Experience certificate, last workplace appointment letter, and last month’s salary slip
6. Additional qualifications such as DCA/PGDCA or other computer certifications (if any)

Selection Process

• MP Online will scrutinize applications and conduct an examination.
• Successful candidates will be shortlisted for an interview, and the merit list will be published on MP Online’s website.
• In case of tie scores, preference will be given to:
  • Candidates with higher experience
  • Candidates with higher educational qualifications
  • Candidates with computer proficiency
• Selected candidates will be notified via email and mobile.
• A waiting list will be maintained for one year.
• The Managing Director, MPPHSCL, reserves the right to amend or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
