Recruitment Rules: The recruitment will be conducted according to the Chhattisgarh Government Health and Family Welfare Department, Non-clinical Paramedical and Nursing (Directorate Health Services) Third Class Service Recruitment Rules-2013 (Amended Rules 11 June 2020).
Mandatory Educational Qualifications: Candidates must fulfill the mandatory educational qualifications prescribed in the Recruitment Rules for the Pharmacist Grade 2 post.
Live Registration: Applicants must have live registration with the Chhattisgarh State’s Paramedical Council / Nursing Council / Pharmacy Council, as per the minimum qualification required, prior to applying online.
Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be native residents of Chhattisgarh. They are required to present a domicile certificate issued by the competent authority during the document verification process.
Vacancy Changes: The number of category-wise vacancies advertised for the posts may be subject to change based on the order/decision passed by the Honorable Supreme Court in the SLP filed (C.) Number 19668/2022.
Disability Reservation: According to the circular dated 27.09.2014 of the Chhattisgarh Government General Administration Department, only individuals with at least 40% relevant disability will be eligible for reservation in services/posts. Candidates seeking the benefit of reservation must submit a disability certificate issued by the competent medical board. Only candidates with the desired disability under the reserved disabled category for the advertised posts (Pharmacist Grade-02 and Dresser Grade-1) will be eligible.
Caste Reservation: The posts reserved for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes will be determined based on the reservation rules/roster applicable in the district as per the government’s instructions. Candidates must attach a permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
Ex-servicemen and Disabled Reservation: Ex-servicemen and disabled candidates will be given the benefit of reservation as per the rules. It is mandatory for them to submit a certificate from the competent authority.
Dismissal from Government Services: Candidates who have been dismissed from government services in the past are not eligible for selection.
Affidavit and NOC: Candidates must submit an affidavit during the document verification process. Employees working in government/semi-government institutions must present a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer, failing which they will not be eligible for selection.
Temporary Appointment and Probation Period: The appointment will be temporary, and selected candidates will be placed on probation for 3 years as per the orders issued by the Government of Chhattisgarh, General Administration Department’s letter No. F 1-1/2017/1-3 Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, dated 29.07.2020. The selected candidates will receive a stipend during the probation period as per the Finance Instruction 21/2020.
Verification of Information: If any information provided by the candidate is found to be untrue or incorrect at any stage, the candidate’s eligibility will be terminated without prior notice.
Pending Criminal or Court Cases: Candidates must not have any pending criminal or court cases; otherwise, they will be deemed ineligible for selection.

4. Fill out the online application form accurately, providing the required information. Upload the necessary documents, including a recent color photograph, candidate’s signature, educational qualifications, technical qualifications, and experience certificate, as specified.
5. After filling out the application, submit it. Take a printout of the application form and keep it safe as it will be required during the document verification process.
6. The merit list will be published based on the applications received online and approved by the District Level Selection Committee.
7. Please note that the Departmental Selection Committee reserves the right of selection, and any representation submitted by candidates regarding the selection process will not be accepted. The decision taken by the Departmental Selection Committee will be final and binding on the candidates.
