Under the National Health Mission, Patan district invites applications for various cadre positions and a waiting list of well-qualified candidates for an 11-month term. Interested candidates must submit their applications online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in by 11:59 PM on the 10th day from the publication of this advertisement. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered, and the recruitment process will be based on merit.

Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy Course Pass from a recognized University.
- Preference given to candidates with a Degree in Pharmacy.
- Valid registration with the Gujarat Pharmacy Council is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi languages.
- Basic computer course certification.
- Age limit: 40 years
Certificates required for upload:
- School leaving Certificate
- SSC Marksheet
- HSC Marksheet
- Last year mark sheet of the degree
- Degree certificate
- Trial certificate (for HSC/SSC/Degree)
- Pharmacy council registration certificate
- Internship certificate (if required)
- Basic computer course certificate
Conditions:
- The venue for all legal proceedings shall be Patan city. The final decision regarding any changes in the recruitment process rests with the undersigned.
- All necessary documents must be uploaded on the online portal as per the rules. Incomplete or illegible uploaded applications will be invalidated.
- Applications received through Ordinary Post/Courier/In-person/Speed Post/RPAD will be considered canceled.
