Applications are invited by the respective District Selection Committees headed by the Collector & District Magistrate, Warangal District, on behalf of the District Health Society, for the position of Pharmacist under the NUHM program at the Urban Primary Health Centre (UPHC).

Qualification:

• Minimum Educational Qualification: SSC (10th standard)
• Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Must be registered with the Pharmacy council of Telangana

Remuneration:

As per norms and guidelines issued by the Government from time to time.

Age:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 44 years as on 31st December 2023
• Relaxations allowed for maximum age limit:
  • SCs, STs & BCs: 5 years
  • Ex-servicemen: 3 years in addition to the length of service in the armed forces
  • Disabled persons: 10 years

Selection Criteria:

Selections will be made based on the following criteria:

• 90% of marks awarded for marks obtained in the qualifying examination (excluding Introduction to Computers, English, Project Works)
• 10% marks for age weightage

All guidelines prescribed by the Government for the recruitment of contract employees will be followed. A provisional merit list will be prepared and displayed based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and age weightage for transparency. The provisional selection list will be prepared from the finalized provisional merit list, adhering to the rule of reservations, merit, and presidential orders, according to the availability of roster points, and will be displayed on the District Official Website.

Important Instructions:

• The District Selection Committee will not be responsible for any discrepancies in the application form submission. Applicants are advised to strictly follow the instructions and guidelines before submitting the application.
• The particulars furnished in the online Application Form will be considered final. Candidates must be careful while uploading documents in the online Application Form.
• Incomplete/incorrect application forms will be summarily rejected.
• The appointment for the above posts on a contract basis is purely temporary and liable to be terminated at any time without notice or assigning any reason.
• Contract period will be for one year from the date of commencement of agreement or from the date of reporting, whichever is earlier.
• Contract appointment does not confer any right for regular appointment.
• Temporary services for the above posts on a contract basis do not qualify for any pensionary benefits.
• Candidates must maintain absolute integrity and devotion to their duties.
• Candidates willing to resign must submit one month’s prior notice.
• Original certificates will remain under the custody of the office till the completion of the contract.
• Candidates must execute an agreement bond on a non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs.110/- agreeing to the terms and conditions stated.
