The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) Central Organisation is located in Delhi and is responsible for overseeing the operation of the 28 Regional Centres and 426 ECHS Polyclinics. It is headed by a Managing Director, who is a serving Major General and functions under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through the Army HQ’s Adjutant General (AG) and Director General Defence Coordination and Welfare (DGDC&W). ECHS is an attached office of the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DoESW) in the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and works closely with other organizations such as the Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) and Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).

Minimum Qualification :

This is a job posting for a Pharmacist position with a minimum qualification of a B.Pharmacy or an approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as a Pharmacist. The applicant must also have a minimum of 3 years of experience (or 70% for Ex-Servicemen) .

Remuneration:

The fixed remuneration for this position is 28,100/-.
