- The Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) was originally established on October 1, 1933, as the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT).
- It was founded as a part of the University of Bombay (now Mumbai) with the primary goal of advancing India’s knowledge and capabilities in the fields of chemical science and technology.

Job Post:
Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutical Technology – 1 Post
Contract Basis | ICT Marathwada Campus, Jalna
Qualification:
- Relevant/Equivalent UG degree: B.Sc (Tech)/B.Tech in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Fine Chemicals or Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology
- Relevant/Equivalent PG degree: M.Sc(Tech)/M.Tech in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Technology or Other equivalent cross-disciplinary areas of Engineering and Technology
- First class or equivalent CGPA score at either of the level.
- Relevant/Equivalent Doctoral Degree: Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Technology or Other equivalent cross-disciplinary areas in Engineering and Technology
Contract Period:
- 11 months, which may be extended subject to the need of the Institute and satisfactory performance appraisal
Salary:
- Rs. 65,000/- p.m. (all-inclusive) for Ph.D. candidates
- Rs. 40,000/- p.m. (all-inclusive) for Masters candidates
- Note: If a suitable Ph.D. candidate is not available, a Master’s candidate will be considered for appointment
