Business Development Manager

Qualification & Experience :  The Business Development Manager position requires a candidate with a combination of M.Pharm/MBA/M.Sc qualification and 7-10 years of relevant work experience.

Job Description : The job responsibilities for this role are focused on generating business leads, managing client relationships, preparing proposals and agreements, tracking business events, and setting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities for this role may include:

• Generating new business leads through market research, referrals, and networking.
• Meeting with clients to understand their requirements and converting leads to business.
• Managing client relationships from onboarding to the end of the project cycle, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Preparing proposals, quotations, agreements, and invoices to present to clients.
• Tracking business events, such as conferences and exhibitions, and coordinating the organization’s participation in them.
• Preparing a budget related to marketing activities and ensuring that marketing goals are met within the allocated budget.
• Coordinating with stakeholders, such as project managers and technical staff, to provide necessary information to clients in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Updating CRM activities to maintain customer inquiry tracking records.
• Setting monthly targets and preparing a monthly plan for revenue, working closely with the management team to ensure that revenue goals are met.

Group Leader

Qualification & Experience :  The Group Leader position requires a candidate with a B.Pharm/M.Sc/M.Pharm qualification and 7-10 years of relevant work experience in the Bioanalytical department.

Job Description : The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Development and validation of bioanalytical methods in biological matrices using LC-MS/MS.
• Documentation and compilation of raw data in the project as per bioanalytical SOPs.
• Handling and operation of LC-MS/MS, including calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and documentation.
• Preparation of bioanalytical standard operating procedures (SOPs) and method SOPs.
• Knowledge of current regulatory guidelines and awareness of recent trends in bioanalytical research.

Jr. Executive (Internal Quality Control)

Qualification & Experience : This position requires a candidate with an M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc Chemistry qualification, with 1-3 years of relevant work experience or as a fresher. The role is in the Bioanalytical department, with a focus on quality control.

Job Description :  The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Verifying and identifying raw data, including filled forms and chromatograms generated, repeats, re-injections, reintegration, and batch review records.
• Verifying validation protocols, validation reports, method SOPs, and analytical study reports.
