Great Job opportunity for M.Pharm, MSc, M.Tech as Executive Officer at IIT Indore

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore is a public technical and research university located in Simrol, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. It was established in 2009 and is one of the newer IITs in India. It is recognized as an Institute of National Importance by the Government of India.

The campus of IIT Indore is located at Khandwa Road, Simrol, which is about 25 kilometers away from the main city of Indore. The campus is spread over an area of 525 acres and is known for its state-of-the-art infrastructure, modern facilities, and academic excellence. The institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in various engineering, science, and humanities disciplines.

Position: Executive Officer (On Contract)

Number of Posts: 01

Qualification: The candidate should have a Master’s degree in science and engineering such as M.Tech./M.E./M.Pharm/M.Sc.

Experience: The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in handling research projects or managing research facilities in educational institutions or industry.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. The candidate should have experience working in Centrally Funded Technical Institutes, Central Govt., Autonomous Bodies, PSUs, etc.
2. The candidate should have knowledge of computer applications like word processing, spreadsheet, PPT, presentation software, etc.

Salary Range: The salary for this position will be from Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 68,000/- per month (consolidated) based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Upper Age Limit: The upper age limit for this position is 45 years.

These are the general instructions for the applicants applying for the Executive Officer position at IIT Indore:

1. The experience of the candidate will be considered as of the last date of the application submission.
2. The candidate’s candidature will be subject to verification of testimonials at a subsequent stage, i.e., at the time of the interview. The candidate must submit the required supporting documents mentioned in their CV; otherwise, their candidature will not be considered for the interview.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process.
4. The appointment will be initially for one year on a contractual basis, which can be extended based on the performance of the candidate and the needs of the institute.
5. The selected candidates will be entitled to OPD facilities only at the Institute Health Centre, and they will also be entitled to leave as per the rules in vogue.
6. This is not a regular employment position and does not entitle any claim or privileges or benefits of regular employment.
7. No interim correspondence will be entertained, and the shortlisted candidates and dates of the selection process will be communicated through email.
8. The candidates will not be paid any amount towards their travel or other expenses to appear in the written test/skill test and interview.
9. The decision of IIT Indore will be final and binding.
10. Any sort of canvassing or influencing the officials related to the recruitment/selection process will result in immediate disqualification of the candidate.
11. The institute may offer a lower position with lower pay than advertised if the selection committee recommends so.

13. If the candidate furnishes any false or incomplete information or does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement, their candidature/engagement will be considered revoked/terminated at any stage of recruitment or after recruitment or joining without any reference given to the candidate.
