The company is looking for competent young professionals to be an integral part of our OSD/Injectable site based at Panelav / Vadodara.

Post : As a Research Associate or Research Scientist in Packaging Development, you will be responsible for developing and testing new packaging designs for pharmaceutical products.

This role requires a strong understanding of the science and technology of packaging materials and processes, as well as the regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical packaging.

Qualification :

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong educational background in pharmacy, as well as a diploma in packaging development. A minimum of 1-10 years of experience in a similar role is also typically required. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. If you have experience with regulatory compliance, it may be an advantage in this role.

Desired profile:

The desired profile listed for this position includes responsibilities such as preparing a Master Packing Card, creating new packaging material codes, co-ordinating with various departments for the timely delivery of projects, conducting vendor audits, and managing change control activities. These tasks are essential for ensuring that packaging materials meet the necessary regulatory requirements, are safe for use, and are effectively managed throughout the product lifecycle.

In this role, it is important to have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with individuals from a variety of departments and backgrounds. You should also be familiar with SAP software, as well as have a strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and regulations.
