Great job opportunity for Pharmacist under District Health & Family Welfare Samity

South 24 Parganas District Health & Family Welfare Samity is planning to hire personnel on a contractual basis for various programs under the National Health Mission. These positions will be for different Blocks & Municipalities within South 24 Parganas District.

Post : Pharmacist

No. of Post: The distribution of posts is as follows: UR-3, SC-1, OBC(A)-1, ST-1.

Minimum Qualification : The minimum educational qualification required for this position is a Two years Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) (ALLOPATHIC) recognized by the Government of West Bengal and registered as “A” category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council. Candidates with higher qualifications will be given weightage. The candidate must have proficiency in Bengali and efficiency in computers, including MS Office and the internet. It is also mandatory for the applicant to be a permanent resident of West Bengal.

Age Limit (as on 1st January) : The age limit for the candidate is a minimum of 18 years and a maximum of 40 years as of 1st January.

Monthly Consolidated Remuneration : The monthly consolidated remuneration for this position is Rs. 22,000/- per month.

Selection Process : The selection process for this position will be based on the candidate’s academic score (Pharmacy – Diploma/Degree) and computer test. Candidates who score a minimum of 50% in the computer test will be considered qualified. After the selection process, the candidates will have to submit the complete online printed application (online computer generated) with all relevant self-attested documents in hard copies by hand along with the demand draft during the Document Verification process, which will be intimated in due time.

Only the Degree/Diploma from the UGC approved Institute will be acceptable.
• The Higher Secondary (10+2) percentage of marks will be calculated as per the norms of the Council or equivalent Board. Marks will be calculated on the basis of 2 languages and 3 compulsory elective Subjects (Total 5 Subjects)only as per marks sheet of the Council/ Board, whichever applicable.
