Application Process:

1. Applications will be issued from District AYUSH Office, Gazipur Kalaburagi on Date: 28-02-2023 from 10.30 AM to 5.00 p.m.
2. Candidates applying during the office period along with self-attested documents related to the post, along with the copy of qualification mark sheet, rural, caste certificate 371J copy, and photograph dated: 16-03-2023 Submission by 5.00 p.m. Any applications received later will not be considered.
3. The last date for submission of the application is 16-03-2023. If this day is declared as a general holiday, the later day will be considered as the last day.
4. Age limit will be considered as per General Recruitment Rules of Government of Karnataka.
5. If it is confirmed that the appointment has been submitted by furnishing wrong information/documents, the appointment will be canceled without any prior information, and criminal proceedings will be initiated against such a candidate.
6. Open University candidates are not eligible.
7. The decision of the District Ayush Selection Committee will be final.
