Opening for Manager – QMS (Quality Control Department)

Area of Exposure

  • Laboratory QMS Management: Proven experience in the preparation and review of various types of laboratory QMS, including OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), laboratory incidents, deviations, and change control.
  • Hands-On Shop Floor Experience: Extensive hands-on experience operating various sophisticated instruments such as HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), IR (Infrared Spectroscopy), Particle Size Analyzer, and Auto Titrator.
  • Good Laboratory Practices: Strong knowledge and adherence to good laboratory practices (GLP).
  • Audit Expertise: Independently managed audits focused on QMS and effectively explained QMS processes during regulatory audits.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of current regulatory expectations regarding investigations.
  • QC Leadership: Skilled in managing the Quality Control department as a Head of Department (HOD), overseeing planning, release, and ensuring timely compliance with production requirements.

Qualifications

  • Education: M.Sc or M. Pharmacy
  • Experience: 15 to 20 years in API Pharma
  • Job Location: API Plant, Visakhapatnam
