Post: Therapy Manager
Job Description:
1. Presenting and Informing:
- Visit doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals to inform them about the company’s products with the aim of obtaining prescriptions in the designated territory.
- Adhere to marketing strategies, frequency, and approved number of interactions for each doctor segment.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and attend scientific congresses as required by the company.
2. Stakeholder Classification and Monitoring:
- Classify doctors and stakeholders based on segmentation and targeting criteria.
- Recommend additions, changes, or removals to the doctor database.
- Monitor doctors’ prescription habits, assess their consideration of company products, and evaluate their influence on other doctors.
3. Product Information and Market Intelligence:
- Provide accurate and updated information about company products in line with the company’s strategy.
- Address doctors’ doubts, concerns, and objections, highlighting advantages over competitors.
- Gather market intelligence on doctors’ concerns, competitor activities, public tenders, and regulatory updates, and relay this information to relevant departments.
4. Promotional Activities and Budget Management:
- Propose and organize promotional activities within the territory, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and a positive return on investment.
- Manage the allocated budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Maintain timely communication regarding daily activities, upcoming plans, and expense reports.
Candidate Profile:
- Preferred qualifications include a university degree or equivalent.
- Background in science, biology, medicine, or pharmacy is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
