Suendranagar District Health Society Notice of Contractual Recruitment at Surendranagar N.H.M. District Health Society The following positions will be filled on a temporary basis for a period of 11 months, and a waiting list will be created for positions that become empty in the future.

Post: RBSK Pharmacist cum Data Assistant

Number of Posts: 14

Qualifications:

1. The candidate should hold a diploma in pharmacy (D.Pharm) or bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized university by the Indian Government or State government.
2. The candidate should be registered in the Gujarat Pharmacy Council.
3. The candidate should have basic knowledge of computers.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for the candidate is 40 years.

Salary: The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 13,000/-

Important Instructions on Online Form Filling:

1. Only applications received online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications received through other means like Ordinary Post, Courier, In person, Speedpost, RPAD will not be considered.
2. The candidate should upload a photocopy of the original document in a legible and clear manner. If the uploaded document is unclear or illegible, the application will be rejected.
3. Applications with incomplete details will be considered invalid.
4. The correspondence for all the posts will be done through e-mail, so the candidates must provide their current working e-mail id and mobile number.
5. The final decision regarding the appointment, including the increase or decrease of posts or cancellation of the recruitment process, will rest with the Mission Director and Chief District Health Officer Surendranagar.
