Sr. Analyst
Qualification : M.Pharm, B.Pharm or M.Sc in Chemistry
Experience : 3-5 years
Department : Bioanalytical
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Bioanalytical method development and validation in biological matrix: The candidate should have experience in developing and validating bioanalytical methods for analysis of drugs, metabolites, and other molecules in biological matrices using LC-MS/MS or other suitable techniques.
- Sample processing with different extraction methods: The candidate should be proficient in sample extraction using various techniques such as LLE, SPE, and protein precipitation.
- Documentation and raw data compilation: The candidate should be familiar with bioanalytical SOPs and have experience in documenting and compiling raw data as per regulatory guidelines.
- Handling and operations of LC-MS/MS: The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling and operating LC-MS/MS instruments, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Preparation of reagents, solutions & mobile phase: The candidate should be capable of preparing reagents, solutions, and mobile phases for LC-MS/MS analysis.
- Knowledge of current regulatory guidelines: The candidate should be familiar with current regulatory guidelines such as FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines for bioanalytical method development and validation.
- Operation, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment: The candidate should have experience in operating, calibrating, and maintaining various laboratory equipment used in bioanalytical analysis.
Jr. Analyst
Qualification : M.Pharm, B.Pharm or M.Sc in Chemistry
Experience : 1-2 years Department : Bioanalytical
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Bioanalytical method development and validation in biological matrix: The candidate should assist in developing and validating bioanalytical methods for analysis of drugs, metabolites, and other molecules in biological matrices using LC-MS/MS or other suitable techniques.
