Deputation-Based Vacancies for Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Positions

Job Postings:

1. Chief Pharmacist

• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Pay Level (as per 7th CPC): Level-7
• Eligibility Criteria: Officers from Central/State/U.T. Governments/Universities/Statutory Bodies or Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations who:
  • Holding analogous posts on a regular basis, or
  • Have 5 years of regular service in the grade of Pharmacist Grade II with a Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-

2. Sr. Pharmacist

• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Pay Level (as per 7th CPC): Level-6
• Eligibility Criteria: Officers from Central/State/U.T. Governments/Universities/Statutory Bodies or Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations who:
  • Holding analogous posts on a regular basis, OR
  • Have 6 years of regular service in the grade of Pharmacist Grade II with a Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-

Information for Applicants:

1. Tentative Posts:

• The number of posts is tentative and subject to change based on the Institute’s needs.

2. Deputation Period:

• The deputation period varies for different posts, with a maximum of 3 years for some positions and a maximum of 7 years for others, as per DoPT guidelines.

3. Age Limit:

• The maximum age limit for deputation applicants is 56 years as of the last date of application receipt.

4. Eligibility:

• Other eligibility criteria will be as per relevant Recruitment Rules/DoPT instructions.

5. Application Submission:

• Applicants meeting the qualifications may submit their applications in the prescribed proforma through the proper channel to the Executive Director at AIIMS Kalyani.

6. Application Superscription:

• The application envelope should be superscripted with the relevant post applied for.

7. Shortlisting and Interview:

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on bio-data, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews or further selection processes.

8. Required Documents:

• Applicants must provide attested copies of CR Dossiers, Vigilance Clearance, and Integrity Certificate along with their applications.

– Officers already on deputation should have their applications forwarded by their parent cadre/Department along with Cadre Clearance, Vigilance Clearance, and Integrity Certificate.

– Deputation will be governed by standard terms and conditions provided under the Department of Personnel and Training O.M. No.2/6/2018-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 18.05.2018.

12. Institute Service:
– The service under the Institute is governed by the Act and the Rules & Regulations framed thereunder.
