Post & Experience : This job posting is looking for a qualified Deputy Manager or Associate Manager with 5-10 years of experience in Lean Operations and ESG.

Qualification : The ideal candidate should have a B.Sc. or Post Graduate degree in Science and Lean certification from a reputed institution.

Job Description : The main responsibilities of this role include carrying out Lean projects and transformations independently, managing and tracking local Lean implementation plans for continuous improvement, defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs, and managing the performance management infrastructure. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for coaching and training local Lean teams in methodology and toolsets, managing IDEA generation programs, and initiating and carrying out CO2 emission reduction projects for all entities.
