Post : Pharmacy Manager

Pay Scale : The All India Institute of Ayurveda is inviting applications for the post of Pharmacy Manager, with a pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 4600 (PB2) (Level-7).

No. of Post & Reservation : There are 3 vacancies available for unreserved category candidates.

Age : The age limit for deputation candidates is not exceeding 56 years as on the last date of receipt of application. For direct recruitment, the age limit is not exceeding 35 years, which is relaxable for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories and those serving Central/State Govt./Govt. Autonomous organizations, in accordance with orders issued by the Central Government from time to time.

Qualification :For deputation, persons working in analogous posts OR those with 5 years of experience in Level 6 of the Pay Matrix / 10 years of experience in Level 4 of the Pay Matrix as Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager in any Central/State Government Institutions/PSU are eligible to apply. For direct recruitment, candidates should have a B.Pharma (Pharmaceutics/B.Pharma (Ay)) degree and 5 years of experience in large-scale manufacturing/company Institute/Hospital, with exposure to GMP and related regulatory experience. A PG degree/diploma in Materials Management, M.Pharma in Ayurveda, and MBA are desirable qualifications. The related experience should preferably be in an Ayurveda manufacturing unit.

Mode of Recruitment : The mode of recruitment is deputation failing which by direct recruitment.

NOTE: The tenure of deputation will be initially for two years, which may be extended subject to approval of the Competent Authority. The recruitment for the post of Staff Nurse is subject to the final outcome of the D. B. Civil (Writ) Petition No. 14701/2022, filed in Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan at Jaipur Bench. Candidates who had applied earlier for the post of Staff Nurse against Recruitment Advertisement No. AIIA/Rectt./01/2022 dated 14.06.2022 and AIIA / Rectt./03/2022 dated 11.07.2022 need not apply again for the post. Their candidature will be considered for this Recruitment Advertisement also.

The benefits under AIIA service include usual allowances as admissible to Central Government employees and as made applicable to AIIA employees.

The applicant must be a citizen of India and fulfill the essential requirements of the post and other conditions stipulated in the advertisement as on the last date of receipt of the applications.

The prescribed essential criteria are minimum, and the possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for Screening/Interview/Written Test, as the case may be.

The decision of the Director, AIIA, will be final in this regard. The place of posting indicated is for initial joining and reporting.

The vacancies may increase or decrease at the time of Screening/Interview by the order of the Competent Authority. Candidates servicing in Govt./Autonomous/Statutory Bodies should apply through proper channel and submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer at the time of interview.

Candidates applying for more than one post must send separate applications for each post.

The number/category/recruitment mode of posts advertised may increase/decrease/change, and the Institute reserves the right not to fill up some or all posts advertised if the circumstances so warrant.

2. Fill in the application form completely and sign it.
3. Enclose self-attested copies of all certificates, mark sheets, testimonials in support of age, educational qualifications, experience, caste/community/persons with disabilities (PWD) in the prescribed format by Govt. of India, and supporting documents along with the non-refundable application fee in an envelope.

5. Candidates should ensure that they read and understand all instructions before sending their applications to avoid rejection.
6. Candidates should pay the application fee online through the SBI Collect portal as per the instructions given in Annexure-A.
7. Physically Handicapped candidates and candidates applying for Deputation post are exempted from paying the application fee.
8. The last date for receipt of applications for this advertisement is extended till 20th May 2023.

Candidates should note that the application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Additionally, the application fee will be different for different posts and categories of candidates. Candidates applying for more than one post will have to pay the application fee separately for each post.
