Job Description:

The job description is for a position in the pharmaceutical/life sciences and healthcare industry, with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Access Analytics, and Patient analytics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in at least one Commercial analytics workstream and a good understanding of pharmaceutical commercial data sets like DDD, NPA, NSP, APLD, Rx, Call activity etc. The candidate should also have an understanding of recent changes in commercial models such as dynamic targeting, multi-channel call plans, and micro-segmentation.

The candidate should have hands-on technical skills in SQL, R, Python, and experience leading and mentoring a team of 5-10 analysts. They should be able to execute multiple projects in parallel and have experience triangulating multiple sources including Sales, CRM, and other secondary data to identify opportunities and strategies that shape decisions and drive organizational commercial effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors in Pharmacy/Technology, MBA, MS/M.Tech/M.Pharma, or BS/MS in Stats. They should also have demonstrated experience in leading projects and provided thought leadership related to commercial models and SFE.

Genpact is currently hiring for a role in Bangalore for their Analytics team within the Pharma/Healthcare/Clinical research industry. The ideal candidate should have a B.Pharm, MBA, MS, MTech or M.Pharma degree.
