Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in understanding client needs, evaluating existing ecosystems, and spearheading implementations for our esteemed pharma client? We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to grasp their requirements and objectives, particularly focusing on omnichannel analytics for sales force and digital channels.
- Lead the assessment of existing ecosystems, delving into client portfolio plans, technical architecture, and data models.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimal solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Utilize pharma industry insights to provide strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling diverse datasets and deploying robust and scalable models.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.
- Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure project success.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively within the team.
- Develop and share innovative analytical techniques, processes, and tools.
- Contribute to business development efforts by enhancing capabilities and participating in client meetings as a subject matter expert.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices to enhance in-house capabilities.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- 4+ years of experience leading analytical projects in the pharma domain.
- Essential experience in pharma sales force analytics, with additional exposure to patient analytics, digital analytics, and commercial analytics being advantageous.
- Proficiency in AI/ML predictive modeling.
- Strong understanding of the pharma ecosystem, key data sources, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in risk-score modeling, customer segmentation, impact assessment, and other analytics areas preferred.
- Exceptional client management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to thrive in a demanding, result-oriented team environment.
