Location: This job posting is for a position at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc, located in SEZ MATODA, Ahmedabad.

Machine Exposure : The ideal candidate should have experience operating three piece sterile eye drop filling machines such as Groninger or Optima, Dyno Truking filling and sealing machines, Bosch filling machines, and steam sterilizers such as Fedegree. The candidate should also have a background in Aseptic & Controlled area operations including filling, sealing, filtration, production quality management systems, autoclave, batch manufacturing, and terminal sterilization.

Total Experience : The candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 6 years of pharmaceutical experience, and hold an ITI, B.Sc, Diploma, B.Pharm, M.Sc, or M.Pharm degree.

Line : The candidate will be working on the Ophthalmic, PFS, Cartridges, Lyophilizer and Vial lines.

Desired Profile:

The desired profile for the operator, officer, sr. officer, executive, or sr. executive position at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc in SEZ MATODA, Ahmedabad, should have the following qualities and skills:

• Observing and following all rules and regulations of the production department.
• Background in parenteral and exposure to Aseptic vial/bottle filling process.
• Awareness and responsibility for achieving quality objectives and fulfilling requirements of applicable quality procedures.
• Sound technical knowledge of Aseptic area and Controlled area related activities.
• Technical exposure and expertise in filling and Autoclave machine operation.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and exposure to USFDA audits.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) including change control, deviation, CAPA, and documentation in the manufacturing area of injectables.
• Expertise in batch manufacturing and preparation-related activities.
• Knowledge of equipment validation and qualifications in injectables.
• Preparation and review of BMR-BPR.
• Preferred exposure to the Ophthalmic line including operation of three piece sterile eye drop bottle filling machines (Groninger/Optima), Dynomill operation, autoclave (Fedegari) manufacturing and filtration vessel operation, CIP and SIP processing.Candidates for the Operator/Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive position at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc should have good communication and interpersonal skills, computer knowledge, exposure to cGMP/GLP and understanding of regulatory requirements. They should have 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in a USFDA-regulated pharmaceutical organization, with a preference for 21 CFR compliance.
