Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) is a Comprehensive Cancer Centre in India, focused on providing high-quality patient care, promoting cancer prevention, conducting research and providing professional development opportunities in oncology and related fields. It is funded and controlled by the Indian government’s Department of Atomic Energy and affiliated with Homi Bhabha National Institute, a Deemed University also under the Department of Atomic Energy.

Pharmacist ‘B’

• 04 positions available (02- UR; 02- OBC)
• Level 5 Pay Matrix with a salary of Rs. 29,200/- including allowances
• Age limit: 30 years as of the last date of online application
• Required education: B. Pharm with minimum 1 year experience or D. Pharm with minimum 3 years experience
• Required experience: Experience in a dispensary/pharmacy of a hospital with 200 beds. Ability to work in shift duties including night shifts and registration with the State Pharmacy Council. Experience with computerized systems is desirable.

Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Radiology)

• 01 position available (OBC)
• Level 6 Pay Matrix with a salary of Rs. 35,400/- including allowances
• Age limit: 30 years as of the last date of online application
• Required education: B.Sc. in Radiological Imaging Technology from a recognized University with 50% marks and minimum 1 year internship/experience in CT and MRI from a large hospital. Or B.Sc. in any subject/B.Pharmacy with 50% marks and minimum 2-year Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology from a recognized board/university with minimum 1 year internship/experience in CT and MRI from a large hospital.
• GENERAL CONDITIONS :

• The Tata Memorial Centre is accepting online applications for a certain position until 20.02.2023 at 5:30 p.m. (Indian Standard Time). The application must be submitted online and all required documents must be uploaded at the time of filling the online application form. Candidates will be screened and potentially called for an interview, written examination, or skill test based on the information provided in the online application form. Incomplete and non-submitted applications will be rejected.
• Candidates who are called for an interview, written examination, or skill test must bring original copies of necessary supporting documents, including date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, caste, and disability certificates. Working candidates must obtain permission from their employer to apply for the position and bring proof of permission to the written examination, interview, or skill test. Three referees must be listed by the candidate and should have been associated with the candidate’s work.
• The Tata Memorial Centre reserves the right to limit the number of candidates called for written examination, interview, or skill test and to fix minimum eligibility standards. If a candidate is found to have provided incorrect information or does not meet the eligibility criteria, their candidacy may be cancelled. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
• Age and experience will be considered as of the last date for receiving applications and experience will be considered post required qualifications.

The age relaxation policy for the recruitment process at Tata Memorial Centre is as follows:

• 5 years relaxation for SC/ST candidates
• 3 years relaxation for OBC candidates
• 10 years relaxation for PWD candidates (an additional 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC)
• Length of service in Armed Forces plus 3 years for Ex-servicemen (with additional relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per Government of India instructions)
• 5 years maximum relaxation for employees of Tata Memorial Centre and those working on a temporary/project/contract basis.

Application Fee :

The application fee for the candidate is Rs. 300, which can be paid online using a debit card or credit card. SC/ST/Female candidates/persons with disabilities/ex-servicemen are exempt from paying the application fee. The application fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The benefits offered to candidates include allowances, training and development, medical facilities, accommodation, and retirement benefits.

Candidates may be required to serve in any unit of TMC and have to serve the respective location for at least 5 years before requesting transfer to other units. Appointments may also be offered on a contract basis for a fixed term with a consolidated remuneration.
