Overview

• Position: Pharmacist (NUHM)
• Number of Posts: 3
• Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm
• Experience: 1 year
• Remuneration per month: ₹17,000

Terms and Conditions

1. Contractual Nature: These positions are purely contractual until 29/6/2024.
2. Application Requirements: Ensure all application details and documents are complete; incomplete applications will be disqualified.
3. Termination: If posts are rejected by Central/State Government, candidate services will be terminated immediately. No right to permanence on these purely contractual posts.
4. Mark Sheet Submission: If your mark sheet doesn’t show percentages and uses a grade system, attach both sides of the mark sheet. Repeater candidates must attach all mark sheets.
5. Experience Consideration: Government, Semi-Government, and National Health Mission experience will be considered.
6. Multiple Post Application: If applying for multiple posts, submit separate applications.
7. Application Fee: Open category: ₹150/-, Reserved category: ₹100/-. Self-sign your name on the back of the demand draft. Payable to “District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society, Jalgaon.”
8. Selection: Selection based solely on marks; no pressure methods allowed.
9. Criminal Record: No criminal case against the applicant.
10. Age Limit: Open category: 38 years, Backward category: 43 years (last application date). MBBS post: 70 years. Age limit for patient care posts: 65 years. Candidates over 60 years must attach a visually competent certificate.
11. Remuneration: Fixed remuneration; no additional allowances.

Specific Requirements

• For Pharmacist posts, attach council registration certificate and renewal fee receipt, or disqualification.
• No seat change requests during the contract period; coercive techniques result in disqualification.
• Open category candidates considered if reserved category candidates unavailable.
• Qualification discrepancies lead to immediate cancellation of candidature.
• Chief Executive Officer, G.P. Jalgaon, holds recruitment authority.
