Applications are now open for the position of Pharmacist in Keonjhar district. This opportunity is specifically for in-house contractual employees of NHM who are currently working in the same post under OSH&FWS Society.

Post: Pharmacist

  1. Pharmacist (MHT-RBSK): 6 positions Qualification: D.Pharm, B.Pharm
  2. Pharmacist (MHU): 4 positions Qualification: D.Pharm, B.Pharm

Important Information:

  1. The application should reach the undersigned on or before 26.07.2023, up to 05.00 PM. Please submit your application through Regd/Speed Post only. The envelope containing the application should be clearly super-scribed with “Application for In-house contractual employee of NHM working in the same post under OSH&FWS Society.”

  3. Applications from external candidates or fresh candidates will not be accepted.
  4. Along with the application form, you must submit a No Objection Certificate-cum-Continuation certificate issued by the competent authority, stating your last uninterrupted service in the same post under the society. This certificate is mandatory for eligibility.
  5. The application form can be downloaded from the district NIC website at kendujhar.nic.in. Please fill in the application form, attach a color passport-sized photograph, and submit it along with other relevant documents at the time of application.
  6. Please refrain from making personal inquiries. All updates regarding the selection procedure will be available on the district website.
  7. Selection will be conducted based on the guidelines stipulated by the Mission Directorate, NHM Odisha.
  8. Interested in-house candidates currently working under NHM are requested to apply in the prescribed format and provide a No Objection Certificate and experience certificate issued by the concerned CDM&PHO.
  9. The selection will be based on the highest length of incumbency under the Society, with consideration for applicable reservation categories if any.
  10. The application format and additional details can be obtained from the district website at kendujhar.nic.in.
  11. The application should reach the office of the Chief District Medical & Public Health Officer, Keonjhar-758001 by dt. 26.07.2023 (up to 05.00 PM) through Regd/Speed Post only. Please remember to clearly super-scribe “Application for In-house contractual employee of NHM working in the same post under OSH&FWS Society” on the top of the envelope.
  12. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
