Assistant General Manager – Packing

As an Assistant General Manager – Packing (Position code: “PKG-2023”), the following are the qualifications and experience required:

  1. Education: The candidate should have a degree in pharmacy. They should have a thorough understanding of the regulatory guidelines and requirements related to visual inspection and packing operations in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Experience: The candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in visual inspection and packing operations for injectable products. They should have worked in a managerial capacity for a considerable amount of time, with experience in managing a team of at least 200 people.
  3. Leadership and Management Skills: The candidate should possess strong leadership and management skills. They should be able to effectively manage and motivate a large team of people, set clear goals and objectives, and monitor their progress towards achieving them.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization, including senior management, staff, and external stakeholders.
  5. Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks: The candidate should have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively. They should be able to work under pressure and manage their time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  6. Knowledge of Software: The candidate should possess knowledge of SAP and other software commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry. They should be able to use these software tools to effectively manage and monitor the packing operations.

Job Role :

  1. Developing and implementing a robust manual visual inspection qualification strategy for Injectable products: You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive visual inspection qualification strategy to ensure that all Injectable products meet regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
  2. Handling regulatory audits related to visual inspection and packing activities: You will be responsible for coordinating and managing regulatory audits related to visual inspection and packing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  3. Qualifying and managing the routine operation of automated leak testing machines: You will be responsible for ensuring that all automated leak testing machines are properly qualified and maintained to meet regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
  4. Managing the operation and maintenance of packing equipment such as Vial / PFS labeling machines, track & trace systems, auto-cartonator machines, blister packing machines, device assembling machines, etc: You will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of various packing equipment to ensure that they are functioning properly and meeting regulatory requirements.
  5. Managing serialization process and its regulatory requirements: You will be responsible for managing the serialization process and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Ensuring the review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records(BPR) as per regulatory standards: You will be responsible for ensuring that all Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR) are reviewed and comply with regulatory standards.

Senior Manager – Production Compliance

As a Senior Manager – Production Compliance (Position code: “CMPL-2023”), the following are the qualifications and experience required:

  1. Education: The candidate should have a degree in pharmacy. They should have a thorough understanding of the regulatory guidelines related to production compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Experience: The candidate should have at least 12 years of experience in production compliance activities. They should have experience in managing compliance activities such as CCF management, deviation, CAPA, investigation, and OOS.
  3. Managerial and Communication Skills: The candidate should have excellent managerial and communication skills. They should be able to effectively manage a team of people, set clear goals and objectives, and monitor their progress towards achieving them.
  4. Meticulous in Documentation: The candidate should be meticulous in documentation as per regulatory standards. They should be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Role:

  1. Manage production compliance activities: The candidate should manage compliance activities such as CCF management, deviation, CAPA, investigation, and OOS. They should ensure that all compliance activities are conducted as per regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  2. Manage documents: The candidate should manage documents such as BMR, BPR, Master SOP, etc. They should ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner and complies with regulatory standards.
  3. Conduct compliance as per cGMP, GDP and disciplines: The candidate should conduct compliance activities as per cGMP, GDP, and disciplines in the department. They should ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  4. Identify training needs and impart required training: The candidate should identify the training needs of their team and impart the required training to improve their skills and knowledge.
