About NDTL:

The National Dope Testing Laboratory (NDTL), an autonomous institution under the Government of India, is one of the premier laboratories accredited by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). It plays a pivotal role in dope testing and advanced research in sports science. NDTL is the only facility of its kind in India, equipped with cutting-edge instruments such as LC-Orbitrap-HRMS, GC/C/RMS, Sysmex XN 1000, and Cobas e 411. The laboratory actively collaborates with leading national and international organizations to stay at the forefront of doping science research.

Position: Analyst (Contractual)

• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- (Consolidated)
• Contract Duration: One year (extendable by one more year based on performance)
• Location: National Dope Testing Laboratory, New Delhi

Essential Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Forensic Science (specialization in Chemistry)
• OR M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Analysis
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in GC-MS/MS

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical testing of samples using advanced equipment
• Contribute to research activities in the area of anti-doping science
• Ensure compliance with WADA protocols and standards
• Collaborate with national and international institutions on research initiatives

Important Terms and Conditions:

1. Minimum qualifications are mandatory, but meeting them does not guarantee an interview call.
2. Incomplete applications or those without relevant documents will not be considered.
3. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview or written test.
4. Engagement is contractual for one year, extendable by a maximum of one additional year based on performance.
5. Either party can terminate the contract with one month’s notice or payment in lieu of notice.
6. The list of shortlisted candidates and the interview date will be published on the NDTL website.
7. The decision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), NDTL, regarding selection will be final.
