Overview
As an Assistant Manager within the Marketing team at Natural Remedies, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Human Health Business forward. You’ll be entrusted with handling our esteemed brands, leveraging your expertise in Pharma/Nutraceutical/Branded ingredient international marketing, particularly within the Human Nutrition segment. Operating on a global scale, you’ll spearhead marketing initiatives across key geographies including the USA, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Accountabilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute robust marketing strategies aligned with our brand objectives and market dynamics.
- Engagement Activities: Lead engagement efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
Key Performance Indicators
- Brand Performance: Monitor and optimize brand performance metrics to drive growth and market share.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
Major Activities
- Brand: Implement science-based marketing approaches, focusing on Product vs. Product (PvP) and Customer vs. Product (CvP) strategies for effective positioning and differentiation.
- Marketing Planning: Strategize and execute marketing activities in alignment with brand plans and Go-to-Market strategies, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing channels including website management, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market and industry data to derive actionable insights, staying ahead of competitor activities.
- Innovation: Identify new product opportunities backed by comprehensive data analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with Business Development teams to ensure flawless strategy execution.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers and distributors for Joint Business Planning (JBP) and co-marketing activities.
- Industry Presence: Proactively engage in industry events and exhibitions for PR and brand visibility.
- Influencer Engagement: Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Marketing Consultants/PR agencies to amplify brand reach.
