Post: Clinical Trial Manager
Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of the role is to ensure the successful delivery of clinical trials in the country, within the set budget and timeline.
The candidate will be expected to lead and optimize the performance of the local study team, including the selection of potential investigators and the coordination of regular team meetings.
The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with AZ SOPs, ICH-GCP and local regulations, as well as the preparation and maintenance of the study budget at country level.
Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication, project management, decision-making, coaching, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Qualification & Experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a university degree, preferably in Pharmacy or a healthcare-related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in clinical operations.
Desired:
The candidate must have excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and the ability to learn and adapt to work with IT systems.
The candidate should also possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to present information clearly and effectively.
Finally, the candidate must be able to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including investigators, clinical process managers, and quality assurance personnel.
Qualification & Experience: The job requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and the ideal candidate should have a post-graduate degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or a healthcare-related field (M.Sc).
