Hiring for Injectable Manufacturing – Regulated Plant

We are looking for dynamic and skilled professionals with hands-on experience in injectable manufacturing for both Small Volume Parenterals (SVP) and Large Volume Parenterals (LVP).

Open Positions

1️⃣ Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer – Injectable Manufacturing

📍 Location: Palli Plant, Kadi
🎓 Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc
💼 Experience: 2–7 years in injectable manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor production planning, line clearance, and change control activities

• Handle deviation management, documentation, and process control in aseptic environments

• Operate and oversee autoclaves (TS and component) and other sterile area equipment

• Support both SVP and LVP manufacturing processes

• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and safety standards

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in injectable/parenteral/sterile manufacturing

• Expertise in vial washing, filling, compounding, and aseptic handling

• Knowledge of controlled area operations and documentation practices

2️⃣ Associate / Sr. Assistant / Assistant – Injectable Manufacturing

📍 Location: Palli Plant, Kadi
🎓 Qualification: B.Sc. / D.Pharm / ITI
💼 Experience: 2–7 years in sterile manufacturing or aseptic operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate bulk manufacturing and aseptic filling processes for injectables

• Handle CIP/SIP processes, vessel operations, and machine setup

• Operate key equipment including Steam Sterilizer, Vial Washing, Filling, and Capping machines

• Maintain accurate GMP documentation and process records

• Ensure adherence to cleanroom discipline and quality standards

Required Skills:

• Prior experience in sterile/injectable manufacturing is mandatory

• Proficiency in vial filling, capping, and large volume bag filling operations

• Knowledge of cleanroom and regulatory compliance practices
